Julie obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where she served as an officer of the Student Bar Association and completed an internship with the Hon. William O. Bertelsman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

She is a founder and member of Yocum & Neuroth Law Firm. In addition to her practice, Julie is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association, where she serves on the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee. She is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

Julie has lectured at construction law seminars on topics pertinent to those in construction-related fields and written articles on similar topics.
