The administration of Madelynn Street had an uncertain start. Initially, the ticket of Megan Gosnell/ Kenton Murphy were determined to be the winners pending the results of an appeal that Street had filed. 

The ticket of Madelynn Street/ Nicole Arbino was removed from the ballot as they had been found guilty of defacing campaign materials when a member of their team chalked between the chalk of another slate, However, after their appeal was heard by the SGA Advisory Board, the decision was reversed and their votes deemed valid. Street/ Arbino won by a margin of seventy five votes.
